What’s the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?
Soft enamel has color that sits below raised metal lines, so you can feel the texture. Hard enamel is polished flush so the color and metal sit level—smoother to the touch and often used when you want a more finished look.
What are UV printed pins?
UV printed pins put full-color artwork on the metal surface, so fine detail, gradients and many colors are possible without separate enamel cells. They’re a good fit when the design has photos, soft blends or lots of color.
What pin backs can I choose?
Common options include butterfly (rubber) clutch, deluxe locking clutch, magnet, safety pin and stick pin. Your quote lists what’s available for the style you pick.
Is there a minimum order?
We recommend 100 pieces. If you need fewer, request a quote and our sales team will tell you what’s possible.
Do I get a digital proof?
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof with your quote. We check line width, color match and finish before production, so the pins that arrive closely match the proof you approved.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. There’s a satisfaction guarantee under the terms shown on your quote.
Can I reorder with the same mold?
Reorders can reuse your existing mold for up to 3 years, so you don’t pay for that setup twice.
What artwork do you need?
A logo, sketch or existing file is enough to start. Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) work best; we’ll prepare a production-ready proof from what you send.
How long does production take?
It depends on style, quantity and finish. Your sales contact confirms timing with your quote.
Do you make more than lapel pins?
Yes—lanyards, medals, coins, magnets, keychains, PVC pins, silicone wristbands and related items. Ask for what you need on the quote form.
